when i tried using DVDgenie on this drive PowerDVD responded by saying "the selected region code does not match the drive's region code", so i suppose its a RPC-2 drive (damn, i gotta remember to kick the dude in the nuts who sold it to me...). any way i can work around it _without_ having to take it somewhere where theyll tinker with the hardware and want lots of money?
