Please sombody help me Samsung 608

Please please somebody could you help me , i have a samsung sd608 dvd drive and i am having some problems with it. the other day i went to use it and it would not read a dvd. It will read cds ok and even a dvd that came of the front of a magazine , the disc just has proggys on it not a movie so it is not region protected. I tried flashing the drive with bt01 which worked fine , but still no joy if i put a dvd in that is region protected it wont read it , yet it will read a no zoned dvd and cd's could somebody please shed some light on this , i want to watch my dvd's.

Try opening your dvds with dvdgenie,you can get that from Digital Digests downloads.

Nope have already tried all dezoners , drive will read any cd or cdr and any multi zone dvds but try and put a zoned dvd in and the drive light just stays on and it does not recognise it
