IFO Edit

Help

I read a article on how to edit IFO files
I even downloaded ACF749B.zip
but i've had a senior moment
and can't remember where I got it

Can any of you Help

or tell me where I can get the article
I know I read it one time but
with my past I can't remember

I've looked on this page and two others I go to

I'm sure I've just missed it
or do any of you know how to use
the IFO editor ???
