Mosaic
The digital "mosaic" effect is one way to block out relevent parts of an adult sequence in a DVD movie. For example, the Japanese adult DVD industry uses this method to block out all frontal nudity in their movies. Which program will undo this ridiculous form of censorship?

Nothing can be done about this, since it is encoded into the movie - the "details" underneath the mosaic has already been lost. -
this is more of an editing question..i make my own vids and i tried to block out something on one..but i used v dub and i only did a solid color over the part i did not want to show(the part was a license plate on a moving car) i had to split the vid into sections cause the block doesnt move.does anyone know of an easier way to do this or perhaps a plugin for premier or ?john boy
