GF2 MX400 tv-out NTSC output only?

i have a nvidia gf2 mmx400 with tv-out and when i try to connect it to my tv, i can only get colour with an NTSC output (my tv supports both PAL and NTSC) but the problem is i want to record my DVD movies to VCR in PAL. Anybody know how to get colour with a PAL output?

i have the same video card.
try a little programme called "tv tool 6.5"
i havnt gone to in depth in using this programme yet but im pretty sure you can force the output to PAL. It will also allow you to remove macrovision.....

Anyways check it out.
