Hi, I have a compaq laptop with a dvd rom which is now locked permanently on region 3. I have tried downloading many software to allow me watch other region dvd, but none work. Is there any software that can unlock my dvd rom? or is there any other solution so I can watch movies of other region? Many thanks.
