TV-Out Problem

Whenever I play a DVD in PowerDVD 4.0 or WinDVD 3.0 while using TVTool to output to my TV, the screen fluctuates between periods of being dark, and periods of being normal. By being dark, I mean the screen becomes tinted with a dark red. I can see the screen slowly changing to the dark red tint and back to normal and then back to dark red when playing a dvd. However, in ATI DVD Player, the screen seems normal when playing DVDs. How can I get PowerDVD to work properly? I would use the ATI DVDPlayer, but PowerDVD has many more features that I would like to use. I'm using a Geforce2 MX200 video card, and I'm connecting my TV through my VCR via RCA composite.

You are undoubtedly seeing the effects of Macrovision. There's a "Macrovision" page at this forum. Perhaps your answer lies there ;>}
