DivX audio too quick for video

I've got a DivX movie which plays slower than the audio. Is there anything I can do about it? I generally play my videos through WMP or DivX player, and everything else runs fine.

The sound issue doesn't disappear when I run the movie in a smaller window, so I suspect it has more to do with the movie's encoding?

Any tips or solutions would be most appreciated!

    1) Load the file into VirtualDub

    2) From the "File" dropdown menu, select "File Information"

    3) Post (here) EVERYTHING you see (both video and audio information), or post a screen capture .jpg of the information box

By the way, you should have posted this question in the DivX-related sub forums here. (This subforum is intended for DVD-playyback related questions)

Hi, yes I know - I made a mistake. I was looking around too quickly. When I use Virtual Dub I'll repost in the DivX forum.

      Sorry!
