nvdvd 2 won't start

Sys specs: WinXP Sp1
geforce 2 mx 400, 160 ram
lg dvd-rom gdr-8161b 16X
lastest drivers
My nvdvd 2 won't start, a box appears with the msg: "Invalid parameters No valid skin path was specified."

I also noticed that the nvdvd 171 shortcut is :"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVDVD\NvSkins.exe" SilverEye.xml

and nvdvd 2 demo shortcut is:
"C:\Program Files\NVIDIA Corporation\NVDVD\NvDvd.exe" -p NVDVD
Is there any relation to my problem?

P.S. Nvdvd 171 works here.
