dvd Hitachi DVD5000 Firmware

I'm looking for the DVD 5000 Hitatchi DVD player firmware to unlock the region protection of my drive. Can someone help me ?
I tried softwares like "DVD Region Free" and others but they don't do the trick with WinDVD nor PowerDVD...is there any working well ?
