    U accually bought that??

    Well concidering that u didnt goto morphus and download it for free.....u can do either one of 2 things, the microsoft way or my type way the microsoft way is pay they have some patch software or something that will get rid of that problem i heav heard what u were talking about with the marcovision, okay here goes my way go to the home page is digital digest.com goto dvd rippers and download and of the fav. dvd ripper programs rip the dvd to your harddrive witch takes all of 10 mins, but before you rip make sure that u go into ripping options and it will have a feature called remove MACROVISION sound familiar? make sure that along with check for VOBID is checked rip to harddrive and voila magnifico ripped dvd WITHOUT macrovision on the side. and since it is on your harddrive u can watch it without having the dvd disk XP HAD A HELLA LOT OF COMPATIBILTY ISSUES WITH THE DVD TECHNOLOGY SOME BURNERS DONT EVEN WORK ON THERE!!

      the following post appears on the "Macrovison-free" fprum of this group of forums. It was posted by "BukBuk" in response toa question virtually identical to yours. Let us know of your success ;>}

      "Try this download of a basic DVD player

      I had the same problem which occurs because of Macrovision copy protection on the DVD. I can now happily watch my DVD's on my TV. This link is to a French university project in multi media. They have downloadable DVD software that doesn't know about Macrovision and plays perfectly.

      Good luck."
