Does your video card provide the ability to adjust color, contrast, luminance, etc.?
If not, and this isolated condition (ONLY this DVD) really bothers you - well, I guess you have to weigh not spending for other software against being dissatisfied with the DVD...Comment

Great question! I played with the video card color management tab, it only affects the deskktop color, brightness...
I think the problem might of started when I downloaded the new Nvidia detornator(drivers) from their site.
I will contact Nvidia, what a pain in the ass! Thanks for your help!!Comment

If it's an NVidia card, I'm fairly certain that it should have separate Display control tabs for Videos/3D Games, etc. apart from the desktop. Perhaps you just have to "hunt around" your system a little. (Do you have a separate icon in your system tray for the videocard?)Comment

The "Overlay Color Control" can be found in control panel -> display -> settings -> advanced -> GeForce2 GTS -> Additional Properties -> Overlay Color Control.
Might be in a slightly different location depending on which Windows OS you are using, and which version of the NVIDIA drivers.Comment
