New Version Of Graph Edit

A new version of Graph Edit has been released by microsoft included with the DirectX9 SDK.

Changes: (what i can tell just by looking)

• Build 021204
• + Favorite Filter menu
• + insert filter dialog now tells what type of filters they are by color (key included)
• + Filters in graph are color coded too
• + Frame Stepping (only with video. duh)
• + Resize window to fit graph
• - insert filter dialog is no longer resizable

Just put both in the same directory
and your good to go.
