You can make your drive region free by following the link at the bottom of this message.

It will take you to the firmware page where you can download a flash program to make your combo dvd player region free. If you have never flashed a drive before I recommend that you have a techie friend nearby to make sure that you grab the right software and flash the drive correctly.
