Strange error...tried everything

I have an avi file that doesn't works...other people just can see it, but that's not true for me. I get this file 3 times, and i get always the same error which i can't fix.

I'm posting here the pic of the error type (nandub is the only program that gives me an error instead of freezing my pc)

...if you know something to correct this error, well, you'll give me a solution to a problem that is annoying me too much.

If you're saying that the video file plays on other people's computers, then I would think it is a codec problem on your pc. Get a codec pack to ensure you indeed have everything necessary to view the file. Try Nimo Codec Pack or Tsunami's.
I would ask how good your cumputer is, but it looks like you have windows xp so that shouldn't be a problem.
