ITX Video Object Error--> What is this?

Hello All. I' m a newbie here and I want some help. Everytime I put in my SpiderMan DVD and access the DVD-Rom feature I get an error message:

This Version off the ITX Video Object does not support Web Pages. Please try reinstalling the ITX Video Object that supports web pages

So what does this mean? How Can I resolve it? Pls. Help ,e

Well OK my mistake. .I know I must use the Inter Actual player to see this feature. But I still got a CSS error on the Inter Actual player ... grrr. I must reinstall Windows
