I have a hp 8275 running windows 98. The computer had the Kleze32 virus that corruptedsome of the programs including HP record now and the DVDSoft program. I was able to download the dirvers for the burner and cannot find anything to fix the software for the DVD player. ( I get a message that the software is not configured or my computer). Is there an easy fix for this or do I have to go out and buy new software. If the latter is the case what is the best software to purchase. Thanks GR

If you have the DVDSoft program on a cd, you can format your hard drive, reinstall windows, and install the program again. Its tedious, but better than buying another program.Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:
