    Ravisent Cineplayer DVD Troubles :-(

Hey all I was wondering if anyone could help me. I have recently installed Ravisents Cineplayer DVD 4.0 on my system as I got CinePlayer 1.0 free with my old GeForce2 and was very happy with it. The player works perfectly for DVD's, avi's and for .mpg files which when run in Microsoft Media Player say they use the "MPEG Video Decoder" CODEC however when I try to run a .mpg or .mpeg file which in Media Player uses the "Microsoft MPEG-4 Video CODEC V3" the player loads up then just stops without beginning to play the video.

It seems like it cannot determine the correct version of the codec to use with these files. Cineplayer 1.0 however which is still installed runs these files no problem, as does MS Media Player.

Can anyone help me get the Ravisent player working as I really want to use the updated version. Thanks in advance for any help!

Files using that codec are DivX-compressed .AVI files (REGARDLESS of the extenders somebody added to them) - and the Cineplayer probably isn't capable of playing them...
