Help needed for software on dvd

High I got a dvd and ripped it to my hard drive and it has this belongs to bla bla bla titles on it throughout the whole movie is there any way i can remove this but keep the film intact.
and I have got two dvds ripped but they are bad quality is there any way i can up the quality size does not matter in this case i have ripped all of these dvd's in vob format

If these are commercial DVDs, neither of your two statements make sense:

1) A commercial DVD won't have, "this belongs to bla bla bla titles on it throughout the whole movie"

2) If all you've done is ripped the DVDs to your hard drive, the quality of the rip should be identical to that of the actual DVD

Basically I got the dvd from a guy and this had it on saying this belongs to universal for example thoughtout the movie for screening purposes, and the second question i asked is there any software that can boost the quality of the dvd but from your answer i dont think there is

i know what u mean thats why i getting the money back that i paid i just thought is there n e way to do what i asked
