What PC will give "entertainment system quality" playback? It seems like nobody gets smooth playback.
It doesn't help that my own system won't run the DVD-ROM with Ultra DMA access enabled in the bios and DMA enabled in the control panel. Does anybody know how to fix this? I have a feeling I won't be satisfied with the playback anyway.
