Has anyone else encountered a refresh rate problem with PowerDVD XP 4?
I have installed the latest patch but even when choosing for 16x9 movies to open at 1024x768x32 at 85Hz it ignores that and opens at 60Hz instead. My desktop is 800x600x32 at 100Hz.
