Choice seems to be a problem :-)

Hello everybody,
I have two questions:

1.
I've decided to instal PowerDVD
But I've found two versions:
-PowerDVD XP 4.0(2417) Deluxe
-PowerDVD PRO EX v4.0
Which one is your recommendation?

2.
I want to install the whole pack of codecs
But I've seen few ones around:
ACE Mega CoDecS Pack, Nimo Codec Pack 5.0 etc.
And similar question-which can be the best?
Or maybe installing step by step necessary codecs only?

I've just installed Windows XP.

For the codec packs install Tsuanmi 3.9.9 codec pack which can be found at either of my sites(they are the same) or at UncasMS's site (that is where I am linked)

Choose either one, they are most likely the same thing.
