    DVD-R playback in any machine

I decrypted the DVD using DVD Decrypter and Shrinked it with DVDShrink. I put everything in to a "VIDEO_TS" folder and make an "AUDIO_TS folder next to it. i burn it to a DVD-r with roxio and it doesnt' work on other players, just my computer. what am i doing wrong? i'm using win XP and have the pioneer AO5, but i'm only using 2x DVD-R's. HELP!!

Since it works on ur pc but NOT your standalone, check www.dvdrhelp.com/dvdplayers to see if your particular model can play dvd-r's.
Did you know you can SEARCH the forum? Fixes common problems too:
    http://forum.digital-digest.com/search.php

Also search on the whole Digital-Digest website:

      Update

My Surrond Sound system is only 2 years old and played my friends DVD-R's that he burned on his AO5 and he uses the same DVD-R's.
The site said DVD-R's are compatable also. Does Roxio suck or am i not supposed to close the DVD?

      Thanks
