RealPlayer - Cannot see the video

HI All

I am using Real PLayer to play DVDs on my laptop. I cannot see the video but can hear the audio playing. Am i missing something? Do i need to go and hunt for some codecs or something else?? I also wanted to know if there were any free DVD players that I could download and use instead of Real Player?

I believe you need the Real One Player Plus (NOT a freebie) in order to obtain complete DVD playback...
