    Can anyone tell me how I can create a DVD from an *.mpg

    Thanks.

    The easiest way is to use the recently released TMPGEnc DVD Author...

    (You can download a FULLY functional free 30 day trial version or purchase it for $68US)

      To Kurt

      Obviously, the choice is yours (and be advised, there are MANY other, more complicated options). However, It seems that the other poster is confusing the well-known TMPGEnc - an extremely well-known and highly regarded program used primarily for converting .AVI format videos into any MPEG-1 or MPEG-2 format) - with the ENTIRELY UNRELATED program that I suggested to you - TMPGEnc DVD Author, which you can obtain here:

      A DVD authoring tool from the author of the popular TMPGEnc MPEG encoding tool.

      Let us know of your success ;>}

        to the "other poster"

        this forum is a place to share ideas, not to throw bad words at your neighbourg's face. I deleted your post. If you believe your software option is better, please repost it in a kinder way.

          well spy you seem to be just like the other kid on a power trip its not my fault that he seems to think he knows everything i would never suggest tmp. as a program for any begginer just because he feels he knows what hes doing doesnt mean that it will come that easy to everyone. so delete the ports al you want abey its time to get of your power trip

            It's not the issue here. I'm not saying you are wrong, I'm saying the way you speak is inappropriate. Thanks for your cooperation
