Best software to just display video input?

Hello all, just finished installing a new gainward golden sample ti4800se vivo card, and i'm a bit miffed that there is nothing provided to display the video signal from the video inputs at the back! ATI cards have the Video In part of MMC to do this, but nothing like this is with the gainward.
Is there anything you recommend that can do this? I just want to display the input, not capture it, in either a window or full screen with the usual controls (brightness, colour, tv standard etc.), any suggestions are appreciated.
    Cheers!

Look for any software that incorporates "VCR" in its name. Although the primary function of these IS video capture, virtually all of them include direct play ability...

My Leadtek nvidia a280 is ti4800se vivo. (G4ce4 MX440) it has the facility to output to TV (1 of 3 output options). If your card came with a "breakout-box", actually a simple cable set-up with svs/cvbs in and svs/cvbs out, your "Display Settings/Advanced Properties" page should indicate optional output. In Device Selection, you should see 3 options: Analogue Display, Digital Display and TV. There is also the option of changing TV format to suit the country in which you reside (various PAL/NTSC modes). If you haven't got these facilities, then surprisingly your ti4800se vivo is different from mine. In which case you should follow up on Setarip's recommendation.

Ummm... Yes... Well.... I guess I'll have to go back onto those tablets again! Either that or get a new pair of spectacles!
That being the case - reckon our Poster wants to check out Cyberlink's "PowerVCR".
          All the best

Found a couple of good examples so far, Video Ghost & TV Viewer Trial V3, this is the sort of thing I'm after - Video Ghost has no 720x576 mode, but instead has 720x488 (?!) which looks 'odd'. TV Viewer is almost perfect apart from the nag boxes.

However, I have noticed whatever is displaying the overlay, the display has got a bad habit of stuttering or freezing briefly with harddisk access, poor WDM drivers? ATI never did that!
