audio skipping

As there is no VCD section i guess ill ask in here. I have a movie im trying to encode ans no matter what of my proggys i use and weather i use vob's of direct from disk the audio skips all over the place about ever 4 seconds is there something i can use to fix it the proggys i use are "dvdx 2.2" and "super dvd ripper 1.89"

Try ripping the DVD using DVDDecrypter first.
