TMPG Plus

Hi chaps,
When I upgraded to XP my TMPG Enc plus won't load a d2v file as a video file,this worked fine on win98se which I used before. TMPG accepts avi's,etc so the installation appears OK-Have also re installed TMPG with no change.
Any ideas?

In light of the fact that you altered your OS, perhaps you have to contact Pegasys for a new registration number...

wouldnt a registration number problem cause the program not to respond at all, as opposed to just certain aspects of it?

Hi Chaps,
I thought the same thing as Oriphus and could find no reference to different keys for XP.
Any other ideas?

Does your response mean that you've contacted Pegasys and they've told you you don't need a new registration number?
