Hi,
I bought a Denon DVD 2900 player, put in my still pictures VCD, everything
is working fine except the Pause/Still function.
The TV screen shows the sign that means that this operation is not possible
on the DVD 2900 or with that disc.
I tried another CD/RW but same problem.
The same VCD on my other DVD Player, (a SONY), works perfectly.
Initially I thought it was a problem with burning using the wrong ISO9660
level, then I used the level 1 suggested by Denon but the problems persists,
either burning with Nero or VCD Easy.
Can anybody help?
Anothe issue I found is while watching JPEGs still pictures using CD-R or
RW, the image appears small and to the center of my TV screen (4:3), using
the Zoom 2x it gets to full screen with the black stripes on top and bottom.
Why cannot I get the picture already in full screen mode? In this way, it is
not possible to have a slide show either.
Then the JPG is flickering, which does not happen when I use MPEG1 stills
made out of the origins JPGs.
What's wrong?
Thanks for any help or suggestion.
Alex
