Playback m2v + wav file in sync

The MPEG encoder will produce a.m2v and a.wav file, separated to facilitate DVD authoring.

    1. Is there any player that can play both of them in sync so that I can watch them directly on my desktop?

    2. Is there software that can do muxing without rerun the encoding process (like VirtualDub's direct stream copy)?

    Thanks!

    TMPGEnc, as follows:

TMPGEnc>>File>>MPEGTools>>Simple Multiplex (Make certain that the indicated mode is "MPEG-2" [NOT "MPEG-2 Super Video CD"])...
