play movie directly from my hardrive

I have copied a dvd onto my hardrive and ripped it sucessfully, Now i want to play this movie directly from my hardrive.
What software can I use or how can I play this movie from my hardrive?

By the way, which did you do - copy the DVD or rip it (See your post)? You do realize that these are two different things...

Windows media player will also play it back

Windows Media player will playback ripped DVDs ONLY if you've installed (and registered to Windows) the MPEG2 video and AC3 audio codecs (Iivivideo,ax and iviaudio.ax, or similar).
