ok somhow PowerDVD 5 dont install the codes for winxp media center, it gave me error no codec installed, iv tried the trials of WinDVD/nvdvd they work.
i also had a xpack veryold frm intervideo, when i install that the mce works but somhow audio codec properties are of PowerDVD 5. as iv got powerdvd 5 installed already, but if i uninstall powerdvd and install just xpack then the audio properties are of xpack.
my question can i copy some files somwhere that will allow mce to read dvds using PowerDVD 5 codecs.
iv got retail version of PowerDVD 5, and intervideo xpack but dont want to use both.
also installinmg PowerDVD 5 will allow media player 9 to read dvds somhow but not mce.
mce= Windows XP Media center Edition's Player.
