Windvd

I bought a Dell Laptop and had all the nice software pre-installed along with XP Home. I own XP Pro and installed over the Home Edition and alas I lost the WINDVD ability. I have the WINDVD Full version but in the hundreds of paper sleeves I lost the serial number. I have contacted Dell and have not recieved the info I was needing. I am looking for a serial and hopefully I will be able to use the DVD in this Laptop someday.
