Sharp DV-NC70-will pay for help!

I bought this Sharp DV-NC70 player that was supposed to be code free (don't buy from Chicago based scam company Overseas Electronics!)

Well, the VHS is code free, but not the DVD player which is for Region 3! (I am in region 1.) Anyone know any hacks for this? I'll pay you, as long as the price is reasonable!

Since the hack for this player has not even been found i would recommend that you perhaps find a region free disc from a dvd rental store and try it that way.

The program is called Region X and its new.

Otherwise consider flashing your firmwire which i don't recommend in standalone players espacially the one you have,you might damage it permanantly.

Considering the first four hits in Google all list this model as specifically having all-region DVD playback I should think you're well within your rights to demand a refund.
Strange that two of the four have discontinued stocking it?

have you asked for a refund since your vendor has not provided you what it promised.
