hello hi every one please some one help me.. i just got my computer today..

i brought it from online.. its build so.. any ywayas i am trying to play dvd but this message is what i iget

The current display mode is not supported. PowerDVD does not support the current display mode. (DDraw Overlay mode is recommended)

Please lower the screen resolution and color depth, for example, 800x600 with 256 colors. Or you may adjust the refresh frequency, for example, to 75 Hz.


I tried playing with the settings

and my video ocard i think is.. vga compatiple and i iknow its not workin properly because there is a yellow question mark oon it

and my operating softwaaree is xp so.. can any one help me

hey what kind of video card do you have ?

example(Geforce 2,3,4,Fx or ati 9800xt,8500le?)

remvoe all video card drivers and install the newest driver from ati
