problems need help please

Hello i backed up one of my favorite movies using Dr.Divx, and iam haveing trouble with the audio being out of sync so i read around and heard that AVSync would slove my problem. So i opened my movie file up with it and got this message(down below could some one kindly tell me what i should do. This movie took long to back up and i would hate to delete it thanks

the pcm codec? i tryed searching for it on google and all i came up with is porn not that porn isnt bad but....i was kind of hopeing for the codec, any one know where i can find this or point me in the right direction
