movies from satellite won't play in other dvd players

I can successfully download movies from my satellite and burn them to play in one of my dvd players. In my other dvd player it says bad disk. I am using the same kind of disk form both players. All movies play in my apex ad1130w. But in my other apex ad1225 it seems like it wants to be selective about what is played. I burned the same movies in the same time right after one another. Do you have any suggestions as to why my other burner won't play all the dvd's.
