Secam, and such...

I have a couple questions on this subject. This summer im going to Europe, and would like to pick up some dvd's. I was reading some where, that one of the places im going is Secam, and the rest are Pal. Was wondering if the computer would handel this. Also I was wondering, I would like to pick up couple music cds but im not sure if they are like dvd's and have regions? If any one knows about this, would be very helpful, thanks!

Cd's definetly not don't worry about that buy as much as you want regarding dvd's (video type) your pc will handle :

NTSC
PAL
PAL-N
PAL-M
SECAM

Watch out for region cause region 2 that you will find in all europe won't match with your region 1 unless you have a hacked player.

Regarding Secam is quite unusal to encounter in the european territories exept in France,Belgium and Turkey.
