T_T powerdvd and windvd

this sux, i bought this cool dvd and for some reason i played it at 32x in powerdvd, all was fine, i open it again and all the sudden it plays waaay to fast! i couldn't reset the thingy, only pauze and reverse worked ok, i can't play it at 1x anymore T_T so reinstall, flush settings, clean registry, new version, old version nothing works
i also tried windvd but it doesn't give me any sound T_T the settings there suck i tried about a zillion combinations for audio n stuff

anyone happen to know where to reset speed in powerdvd maybe?
