sound ahead of video

Guys,

i am playing an original dvd on powerDVD...

Sound is about 1 sec ahead of video and can't get it right...

Is this a known issue, what's the solution?

1) Shutdown any and all unnecessary programs that are running in the background

2) Your system may not be powerful enough to handle DVD video adequately
