    VERY Slow playback on computer...how do I correct it.

    I have burned several DVD-Rs without problems, which have played without problems on my stand alone player. Recently, I tried to play each of those discs on my computer, but they play extremely slow. I tried to play them using the latest version of Nero. Running Windows XP Pro, Intel Pent 4 (82801EB), 2.4 ghz, 512 mb RAM.

    I have read all of the Newbie check lists on several forums, but still unable to correct.

    I would appreciate any help.

      Try playing them with a proper DVD software player, such as WinDVD or PowerDVD...

          What make/model of DVD ROM drive do you have, and do you have the latest firmware update for you drive?
