Go Video 1030

Is there a hack or something for a Go Video 1030

When I put in certain copied DVD's it asks for a 4 digit code? I have no idea...
The same DVD will play on other GO VIdeo units but not on this one.
Any ideas?

is there a region code. I understand the capabilities it is asking for a code to play the DVD from what I am finding its a Region code..
