please help me

i have never used a computer really to do things like this, i been trying to download movies, its a brand new computer, with dvd burner, we have broadband, but when i download a movie it wont show a picture, i cant understand what i have read in here, i dont know what to do as its waisting my time. please help me, i am usless

well sorry guess i didnt read the rules, i didnt know what else to write as i dont know all that computer talk, i needed help so i wrote it. sorry guess you cant help me then
