Playback problem

Hi have again problem with DVD playback on my WMP. This time the sound is OK, but the picture is not! It is divided in many small squares and it plays too fast so my cpu needs to "catch up", which makes the movie stutter. Any suggestions?

Some other questions. What´s a DVD shrink? And why should someone need it?
