Getting director's commentary on playback..help

getting directors commentary through whole movie...any
suggestions?

Its 1 of 2 things.

1- It may be a setting on your DVD player. Try going to the "Audio" options in the menu and selecting a different audio stream.

2- When you (Or whoever else) backed it up, the only selected the director commentaries as the audio on the DVD.
