PowerDVD5 problems playing mov-files

Hi there,

have big problems playing quicktime -mov- files with PowerDVD 5 (1.307-last version). When i try to set them up in playlist, they can´t be read. I do not get a error message or something...its just not adding these files to playlist.

Thought of exchanging a apple quicktime dll or something of PowerdDVD6 to it, but didn´t find any suitable library or ax- filter to manage this trick. I have installed also the actual quicktime-alternate 1.39 pack but even with it no chance playing these files. Please help with this -drivin´me nuts- playback problem.

I know theres PowerDVD6 out there, but PowerDVD5 still has some minor features not covered by PD6. So i´m seriously looking to a solution for PD5.

Just play them with the Apple QuickTime Player (PC version)...

Hi Setarip,

yeah youre right but its annoying that it has problems
with quicktime files cause cyberlink states that PowerDVD plays these files....

!that really nuts!
