I tried the following code on my coby 707 but it did not work past the instruction to press next. Any advice?


Coby 707

1) Open Tray
2)Press set up
3)Press 8888
4)Press Next
5)Version APPEARS in Menu
6)Select Version
7)Press Play
8) Select Region 0
9)Press setup
10)Close tray

Thank you. Seems like the new code they show works. I will confirm when I try a playing a DVD.

Here is the new hack.

1. Power on the unit
2. Open the door.
3. Enter "98760" using remote, and "0" appears on upper left corner.
4. If don't see "0", then try again (input all the numbers as quickly as you can)
5. The screen will be turned off (it is normal).
6. Turn the unit off and turn back on.

Hope this helps someone out
