Problem changing DVD region for the final time

Hi,

I am having a problem changing my Laptops DVD region back to region 2 from region 1.

I know changes are limited, but it says that I still have one change remaining, only when I try to change it back, the warning saying that this will be the final change appears, then when I click 'ok' I get the message:

'Unable to update region setting. Please make sure that the drive contains region 2 media and you have administration privilege.'

Does anybody know what these means? and how I can get around it? I dont have any region 1 dvds and really need to change it back!

Sounds like you aren't logged in with administration rights

But I am the sole user of the laptop, and I checked my status, and it seemed like I did.
