Region free
Hello! I am LQQKing for region free software for an Aser Aspire Laptop computer. I am a total newbie here so please forgive what may seem like a repeat question, but I don't know if the software has to be specific to a particular brand of laptop. Also, the internet connection is too slow to download anything so I'll need to save to a disk and snail mail it to the person. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thank you. Sak

We will need to know the drive in the PC, not the PC itself. See what's my media ID and firmware in my sig and note the name of the drive and it's firmware.

Thanks for the reply. I was hoping you would! The laptop is in Iraq. I bought the laptop from Tigerdirect.com and it did have specifications listed. Can I find the information you refer to there do you think? I am totally out of my element on this!!

Unless you are near the laptop sak, I think it will be difficult to determine its specs. Can you get a friend to do this?
