PowerDVD 4 playback problem

I have PowerDVD 4, and the playback is wrong, like the movie going back and forth all the time. It is as if there are some wrong deinterlacing options are applied.

I tried the advanced video settings with no results. I tried it on another computer, and the playback is perfect What can be wrong?

I have the latest DirectX installed, WinDVD works ok on the same computer.
